Financial Reporting Manager (f/m/x)

Your Tasks
  • Reviewing of balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB with US GAAP 
  • Writing accounting memos for the assessment of complex accounting issues
  • Developing Group-wide accounting guidelines (IFRS and HGB)
  • Further development of the financial statement preparation process, e.g. introduction of new interfaces and automation 
  • Documenting and improvement of processes 
  • Identifying risks and implementing relevant controls in the financial reporting process (SOX)
  • Cooperation with auditors and internal stakeholders
Our Requirements
  • Completed business studies with a focus on accounting or a similar qualification 
  • Several years of professional experience in the preparation of financial statements at an internationally 
    oriented group or auditor, with experience in SEC compliant reporting advantageous 
  • You are able to prepare financial statements according to IFRS and HGB and have strong knowledge of accounting standards, US GAAP and SOX knowledge advantageous
  • High affinity for numbers and analytical skills as well as a holistic understanding of business relationships 
  • Knowledge of ERP use for financial recording, SAP is a plus 
  • Very good written and spoken English is a basic requirement, with German very advantageous 
  • You bring a very reliable way of working and have good communication skills 
  • You organize yourself and your work independently and help where you can
