Solution-orientated processing of customer enquiries and complaints to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Achieving and exceeding turnover and sales targets within a clearly defined time frame
Working closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and internal teams to continuously improve the sales strategy
Regular reporting on customer needs, market trends and potential product developments
